Don Bosco Beatitudes is a part of the international chain of Don Bosco institutions. We are present in 136 countries with around 1800 educational, social, and vocational institutions. We work primarily with children, youth, and young adults.
For more than 5 decades, the Don Bosco Beatitudes Social Welfare Centre in Vyasarpadi has been a playground, a school, a crèche, a kitchen, a home for the orphans, a shelter for the poorest of the poor, an asylum for the destitute and aged, and an emancipation hub from where women launch out with skills and courage. From 1964, this institution that began as simple house has grown into a umbrella of love supporting and touching the lives of thousands of the poorest of the poor. It is defined as an institution that caters to the needs of the poor from the womb to the tomb, and we are grateful to the thousands of kind-hearted people who have helped us in this journey of love.
Our Motto: ‘No one has the right to be happy alone!’
